Centered Strong for Adults
Centered Strong for Adults is a strength, stretch and conditioning class with Pilates inspired exercises. We demonstrate multiple options and modifications throughout the class so you can get the best workout for your needs, preference and level while having fun! This class is available for teens and adults ages 16 years and older.
This weekly class will replace Pilates for the Wednesdays throughout February 7 – February 28.
