Boomers and Beyond Meet-Up!

“Seasoned Citizens” are invited to expand their social circles and their minds. Boomers and Beyond is designed to prove that you can “teach old dogs, new tricks.” Advisory Board Member, Kathy Remenar, is organizing our senior meetups.

September 4
Can you Name This Tune?  “Well it’s a long, long time from May to December, and the days grow short as you reach September.”  You get 5 extra points if you can tell me who recorded the most popular version.  Wanna play…then get up and over to the CC on September 4th at 3:00 for a rollicking competition.  Songs from the 40’s, 50’s, 60’s, 70’s and 80’s.  Teams, as always, earn worthless prizes and bragging rights.

On September 18th our guest for “You Can Teach Old Dogs New Tricks” will be Joe”Sonny” McClung, Chief Investment Officer of CS Bank.  Many of you already know Sonny, since he has been a Eurekan most of his life and is now a 28+ year banking industry veteran.  Managing finance and investment change with age and with the times.  We look forward to hearing expert ideas and recommendations on strategies that might benefit us as we make plans for the future. Many of you requested this type of advise, and who better than an extremely knowledgeable and highly educated former Highlander.
