Boomers and Beyond Meet-Up!

“Seasoned Citizens” are invited to expand their social circles and their minds. Boomers and Beyond is designed to prove that you can “teach old dogs, new tricks.” Advisory Board Member, Kathy Remenar, is organizing our senior meetups.

August will be really super cool if you’re hanging out with Boomers and Beyond.  First, we meet inside the ESCC nicely air-conditioned facility with refreshing drinks and snacks, so no worries about sunburn, heat stroke, or dehydration.  Second, every activity planned will enhance your already stellar reputation as a Cool Cat hanging out at the place to be when you are over 53!

On August 7th, we will challenge each other with more games and Millennial versus Boomer trivia. Winners get worthless prizes, but extensive bragging rights and extra snacks.

On August 21st we are extending our hospitality to absolutely anyone who loves to Boogie.  Our ESCC Dancing Queens, Anna Buescher and Jeananne Hearon (both certified instructors), are going to “teach old dogs new steps” including the Salsa and the Bachata.  Dance First, Think Later.  Remember: “Old is 15 years beyond whatever age you are now.”

We are so looking forward to your joining us for the Coolest August Ever. Remember, no Community Center membership is required, and there are no costs for anything.
