Pilates Strength and Stretch
Strength, stretch and conditioning mat Pilates. These exercises will include using props, core balls and bands, to achieve a strong and flexible core and body for overall wellness. These props are provided in class, please bring your own exercise mat. Mats are available if needed.
This class is available for teens and adults ages 16 years and older.
Mondays – 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm
Wednesdays – 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm
