Tai Chi with Jason

Man sitting in forest, tai chi teacherPlease join Jason Salgado for this weekly one-hour class.

Tai Chi is a Chinese health practice used for keeping the mind and body balanced and fit. The practice helps strengthen the body’s immune system and improve physical balance using breath work combined with movement. Stillness in motion. It’s a low-impact physical exercise. Often called a ‘moving meditation’, Tai Chi helps reduce stress, calm the mind, improve focus, lower blood pressure, better sleep, improved flexibility, improved digestion…and it just gets you moving!

Jason is teaching the Wudang Tai Chi 13 form along with the 5 Animal Qigong forms. No experience necessary. Ages 12 and up.

Jason has a great website rich with photos of seminars and retreats he has been part of held around the world. Plus explanations about his ancient practices.
