Join us as we explore the benefits of physical activity with Jean Reed, a registered nurse and AFAA certified fitness trainer, she invites you this 35-minute class that will offer participants insight into the incredible health and wellness benefits throughout life. Free of charge!
Jean brings a wealth of knowledge from her 40+ years in the medical field, coupled with her experience in fitness training, we will get her unique perspective and insight.
Participants will also learn some basic concepts of how physical activity improves quality of life and may mitigate chronic diseases. There will be an informative Q&A near the end of the class and refreshments. Session is open to members and Non-members 16 years and older.
