Have you been looking for a great, low impact cardio class? Wanna work your butt off without getting off of it? Ex-chair-cise is the class for you.
Fifty minutes beginning with a stretchy warm up, that builds to cardio and body toning, before cooling you back down and sending you off feeling energized for the rest of your day.
No special gear needed, chairs provided by the Center. Wear comfortable clothes and tennis shoes that you can move im. We will be mostly seated, but there may be moves performed standing, holding onto the chair or lifting off of it. Moves can be modified to individual intensity levels.
